1. Introduction Welcome to Budding Goddess (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”). By scheduling a session, making a payment, or otherwise engaging with our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not access or use our Services.

2. Services Provided Budding Goddess provides professional fitness and coaching services, including but not limited to one-on-one personal training, wellness guidance, and related programs (the “Coaching Services”). All Services are intended for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Payments and Scheduling All payments for Coaching Services must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept payments through approved methods listed on our website. No Refunds: All sales are final. Budding Goddess does not issue refunds for any reason once a booking is completed. Rescheduling Policy: You may reschedule a booked session once within 30 days of the original appointment date, subject to availability. Failure to reschedule within that period will result in forfeiture of the session.

4. Client Responsibility By participating in any Coaching Services, you affirm that you are physically capable of engaging in fitness and wellness activities and have consulted a qualified medical professional regarding any health concerns. You agree to disclose any relevant medical conditions prior to participating in any sessions. You are solely responsible for following all instructions provided during coaching sessions. Budding Goddess shall not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from your participation, unless caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

5. Disclaimer and Waiver of Liability You understand and acknowledge that participation in physical fitness and coaching activities carries inherent risks. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risk of injury, loss, or damage that may occur as a result of participation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release and discharge Budding Goddess, its owner, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of your participation in the Services. The information and guidance provided during coaching sessions are for educational and motivational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. You should consult a licensed healthcare provider before beginning any exercise or nutrition program.

6. Intellectual Property All materials provided by Budding Goddess, including but not limited to written guides, digital content, images, videos, branding, and program materials (“Content”), are the exclusive property of Budding Goddess and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, modify, or use any Content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Budding Goddess.

7. Confidentiality All personal information shared by clients during coaching sessions is treated as confidential. We will not disclose your personal information without consent, except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Budding Goddess shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

9. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

10. Amendments We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
